Our Goals.

Welcome to Trillium HomeCare’s blog. I’m Robert Dickinson, owner and founder of Trillium HomeCare. Trillium is based in Farmington Hills and was founded in 2003 out of a desire to provide truly compassionate care with a personal touch to those who need assistance to stay in their homes. Our services include but are not limited to assistance with bathing and dressing, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.

Our caregivers are compassionate and professional. We follow the “Platinum Rule”…Treat others as they wish to be treated. Our in-depth interview and training process results in qualified caregivers who can provide services for our clients.  Because we have a registered nurse on staff, we can readily assess the needs of our clients and provide them with various service options.

Trillium is dedicated to providing quality care in your own home. We believe this promotes a better quality of life. One of our goals is to provide information to our clients and to the community regarding what kinds of services a home care organization like Trillium HomeCare can provide to families who must cope with the demands health problems, aging, and medical recovery periods create. I hope this blog will be a source of both information and inspiration for our clients and will help ease the demands that home care can impose on all family members. My goal is to provide advice and some guidelines for families who are unsure or struggling to provide the right care for elderly friends or family members during those times when they themselves cannot be there.
